As Deputy Principal (Curriculum), you will:
- work closely with the Principal to provide strategic leadership, support daily operations, and contribute to school-wide decision-making
- foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment where all ākonga can thrive
- lead, coach, and support kaiako in professional growth and collective capability building
- drive innovative, culturally responsive curriculum design aligned with the refreshed New Zealand Curriculum and local context
- design and lead literacy acceleration programmes for priority learners requiring targeted support
