**CONTRACT PENDING AWARD**The Deputy Program Manager serves as the alternate or Deputy PM in the absence of the Program Manager ; assists in the management of the overall technical and administrative support activities for personnel in the execution of test support services at the US Army White Sands Missing Range (WSMR) - Mission Support Services (MSS).
