Responsibilities- Lead the overall management and execution of large-scale mixed development projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project planning, construction management, cost control, safety, quality, and project timeline delivery.
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
