Purpose of the Position
Aecon is seeking a Deputy Project Director. In this senior leadership role, the Deputy Project Director will have day‑to‑day executive accountability for both the Structures and Roadways scopes, supporting the Project Director in delivering the project safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with contractual and stakeholder obligations. The Deputy Project Director acts as a key member of the senior leadership team, ensuring solid integration across construction, engineering, commercial, project controls, and stakeholder interfaces while maintaining disciplined execution across all phases of the work.
