Job Description
The Deputy Project Manager / Lead C&S supports the Project Manager / Construction Manager in leading the site Construction Management team, with primary responsibility for civil, structural, substructure, superstructure, façade, underground works, site infrastructure, temporary works, and construction readiness for MEP installation.
The role acts as the senior civil and structural technical lead on site and ensures that C&S works are properly coordinated, inspected, sequenced, documented, and handed over to follow-on MEP, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
For DSCO’s mission-critical data center program, this position is essential because civil and structural completion directly affects MEP installation, permanent power readiness, equipment delivery, utility interfaces, testing, IST, and readiness-for-service milestones.
