Responsibilities
- Assist in leading restaurant operations and managing staff effectively.
- Warm and professional care of guests in the restaurant, café and kiosk.
- Co‑responsibility for smooth operation in daily business as well as at events and seminars.
- Confident use of the cash register system (TCPos) and the menu selection system in daily work.
- Responsibly ensuring correct internal and external billing according to guidelines.
- Assuming the deputy role of the restaurant management and actively participating in leadership tasks.
Qualifications
- Completed training in gastronomy sector (e.g. department manager with EFZ or hotel management school) and solid service experience.
