Job Description
We are currently seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our boutique in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia. The successful candidate will support the Boutique Manager in driving and optimizing the boutique’s performance and profitability, while leading and developing the boutique team. As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Deputy Store Manager will ensure excellence in boutique operations and deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the store, in line with Christian Dior expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, designs the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles and ensures proactively talent pipeline in his/her boutique.
- Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development, motivates and reinforces engagement
