Join ProCook as Deputy Store Manager, leading the launch of our brand‑new One Change store in London.
What you’ll do
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Drive sales and performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI focus.
- Take ownership of daily floor leadership and operational excellence.
- Oversee stock, merchandising, compliance, and store standards.
- Support team development, engagement, and wellbeing through coaching and 1‑to‑1s.
- Use performance data to help improve results and decision‑making.
- Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or deputy management role.
- Mandatory experience in retail or hospitality.
