1. Build the Digital Platform Backbone
Design and implement a standardised cloud-native platform across SingPost
Lead Kubernetes platform strategy (EKS / hybrid environments)
Establish reusable platform components for engineering teams
2. Own Developer Platform & Engineering Enablement
Build and scale an internal developer platform (IDP)
Standardise CI/CD pipelines, deployment models, and environments
Improve developer productivity and reduce time-to-deploy
3. Drive Modern Architecture Patterns
Implement event-driven architectures (Kafka, streaming)
Guide microservices design and API standards (REST, gRPC)
Improve system resilience, scalability, and fault tolerance
