What the role is:
Deputy/Assistant Manager, Business Analyst (A&P) / IT Services (18-mth contract)
What you will be working on:- Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicting inputs, and differentiate between user requests and the underlying business needs.
- Analyse and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project artefacts, including business cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications that are easily understood by both business stakeholders and development teams.
