What The Role Is Deputy/Assistant Manager, Business Analyst (A&P) / IT Services (2-year contract) What You Will Be Working On Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements. Evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicting inputs, and differentiate between user requests and the underlying business needs. Analyse and document current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive project artefacts, including business cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications that are easily understood by both business stakeholders and development teams.
