Job Description
Position : Senior Resident – Dermatology
Department : Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy
Qualification : MD / DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (Skin & VD)
Experience : 0–3 years post-PG (as per NMC guidelines)
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing OPD, IPD, and dermatology procedures (e.g., cryotherapy, chemical peeling, skin biopsy)
Support consultants in diagnosis and treatment of dermatological, venereal, and leprosy cases
Conduct bedside teaching and case discussions with UG/PG students
Participate in academic activities like journal clubs, seminars, and departmental meetings
Maintain patient records and support clinical documentation
Assist in research, publications, and CME programs
