Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Dermatologist to oversee and elevate the quality of dermatologic care across five clinics under various aesthetic brands. This role is a dynamic mix of clinical supervision, client consultation, therapist training, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and passionate about skin health and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Clinical Supervision & Monitoring
- Visit each clinic weekly (minimum of 7 hours per clinic)
- Ensure therapists follow clinical protocols and safety standards
- Monitor treatment sessions to prevent malpractice
- Audit documentation and procedures for quality compliance
2. Training & Development
- Conduct monthly knowledge‑sharing sessions per clinic
- Provide ongoing coaching and skill‑building for therapists
- Identify knowledge gaps and lead mini‑trainings
