Job Description


  • Out-Patient Clinic
  • Start: 6/1/26 or as soon as credentialed
  • Shift: M-F, 8a-4:30p
  • 1 support staff (LPN, RN, MA) for every 12 patients.
  • Requirements: BLS, Board Certified, 3 years recent experience, NY license in hand
  • Patient load per day: 25-35 ppd
