Design and Product Engineer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in product design and development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for packing tray, carrier tape and other new products.
• Conduct tray and carrier tape simulation.
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards.
• Develop tray, carrier tape and other new product design documentation.
• Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure smooth production of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with latest design technology and industry trends.
