Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft plans tailored to each clients unique space.
- Collaborate with clients and their teams to fully understand their vision.
- Identify and resolve conflicts between client preferences and the functional requirements of the design.
- Create and present 3D models of buildings or spaces being designed.
- Develop comprehensive floor plans illustrating how the new design will integrate into the existing space.
- Meet with clients to discuss budget details, design requirements, and project completion timelines.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
- Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams.
