What You’ll Do
- Oversee design for the mobile app, employer web portal, and internal admin tools.
- Expand and maintain our design system and visual language.
- Drive design for new initiatives, including an AI financial assistant, card products, lending, and PFM tools.
- Direct marketing collateral, brand evolution, and motion design (managing freelance resources).
