Job Description
Role : Design engineer for fuselage repairs
Experience: 3-6years
Key responsibilities include:
- Good knowledge in fuselage structure, both primary and secondary structure of Airbus fleet.
- Understanding of in-service and operator requirement
- Preparation of Technical Disposition (TD), repair schemes, and RDTS.
- Analyse and design the modifications or corrective actions referring to the Structural Repair Manual.
- Provide required design inputs to Static & Fatigue Assessment teams for their investigation.
- Knowledge of finding relevant check stress files for the applicable WV’s and Knowledge in the preparation of Static/fatigue Repair work file is an added advantage.
- Experience in Aircraft repairs – Provide design solutions to in-service damages (accidental and ageing).
- Sound knowledge in SRM chapters and repair principles.
