Job Description

Role Overview

Design and deliver HVAC systems for industrial facilities, with strong exposure to pharmaceutical projects, covering design development, coordination, procurement support, and selected site support.

Key Responsibilities
  • HVAC Design (Core Scope)
    • Independently develop HVAC design deliverables for CD / BD / DD phases
    • Prepare:
      • URS – Load & air balance calculations
      • A&ID / airflow diagrams
      • AHU zoning & pressurization layouts
      • HVAC design reports
      • Duct layouts & technical specifications
  • Drawings & Modelling
    • Develop / review:
      • Detailed & shop drawings
      • 3D models (Revit / SketchUp)
  • Design Coordination
    • Coordinate with LDI / PE / QP during design & execution
    • Review LDI & subcontractor submissions for code & URS compliance
