Job Description

  • Contract until 6th of October - Local Council
  • Melton Location - Hybrid Working Arrangement
  • Design civil projects including, footpaths, TMDs and stormwater

    • The Design Engineer will be responsible for preparing design plans for road construction, drainage, traffic treatments, parking, footpaths, parks and sporting facilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare computer generated design plans for Council's capital works program
  • Prepare design plans for road construction, drainage, traffic treatments, parking, footpaths, parks and sporting facilities
  • Prepare engineering computations, estimates and contract specifications for infrastructure projects
  • Arrange, coordinate and review geotechnical investigations and engineering surveys
