REQUIRED TRAINING - QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
Specialization in structural design, machinery design, lifting systems or mechatronics (valued)
Training in CAD design tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor or CATIA
Certification or proven knowledge of relevant standards (EN 280, ISO, CE compliance) (desirable)
Knowledge in hydraulic and/or electrical systems design (desirable)
(Project management training (e.g., PMP or equivalent – valued))
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma fundamentals (desirable)
