Job Description
Reporting to the Lead Engineer, Design & Engineering, you shall be an integral member of Design team in providing project support on the design, construction and commissioning of specialised aluminium high-speed workboats.
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams from design conceptualisation, project execution to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing ship's basic and detailed design and integration.
- Developing shipyard standards and assisting in preparing vessel's technical specifications.
- Follow through on assigned projects from design review to production completion.
- Evaluating vendor's proposals to ensure the scopes of service/supply and lead time meet project requirements.
- Working with QA/QC to define acceptance criteria for inspection, test and trials to ensure that vessels meet Owners' standards and specifications.
