Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop facade design concepts aligned with architectural vision.
- Perform engineering calculations for curtain walls, cladding, and window walls.
- Select appropriate facade materials considering performance and budget.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Generate accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings (layouts, assembly, sectional views).
- Prepare project forms (Final Measurement, Confirmation Order, Methodology, etc.).
- Act as backup estimator when needed.
- Conduct site inspections when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering , or related field.
- 6 months – 1 year experience in aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, or facade design evaluation .
- Strong understanding of aluminum profiles, hardware, and fabrication .
