Job Description
1. Strategic Design Leadership & Site Optimization • Oversee and direct the design engineering for large-scale land development projects, including master planning, site layouts, grading, earthwork balancing, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure networks. • Drive maximum efficiency in land utilization, balancing developer yield requirements with civil constraints and environmental sustainability. • Champion Value Engineering across all site designs, prioritizing accurate earthwork cut/fill balances to drastically minimize client construction costs. 2. Surveying, Geospatial Strategy & Technology Integration • Provide strategic oversight for all land surveying operations (boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking) and ensure seamless translation of field data into the engineering workflow. • Accelerate the adoption of advanced geospatial technologies, incorporating UAV/Drone surveying, LiDAR data, GIS systems, and 3D laser scanning into standard design workflows...
