Salary/Package: Up to £100,000 + Travel + Private Medical + Pension + Discretionary Bonus + Annual Leave
O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading national main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their established team, working on a portfolio of prestigious new build residential and mixed‑use developments across London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work, delivering high‑quality, design‑led projects from pre‑construction through to completion. You will play a key role in managing the design process across all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, consultants and project delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
