A leading Tier 1 main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join a flagship £200m commercial cut-and-carve development in Central London, with completion scheduled for the end of 2027
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a high-performing project team delivering a complex refurbishment and redevelopment scheme on one of London's most prominent high streets. The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for the management of the remaining steelwork and structural frame packages before moving onto the delivery of significant architectural metalwork and high-end interior packages, including the atrium, stairs, cores, stone finishes, and reception areas.
