Job Summary
My Client is looking for a MEP Design Manager, to lead MEP design for mission-critical hyperscale data centre projects, ensuring technical excellence, multidisciplinary coordination, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate design delivery across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review design submissions, design review, shop drawings, and technical documents for compliance.
- Ensure all designs meet project requirements, codes, and industry standards.
- Resolve technical and construction issues during design and execution stages.
- Oversee BIM coordination and integrated design development.
- Support tendering, RFQ/RFP, site coordination, testing & commissioning, and handover activities.
