- Working experience and authorities code compliance knowledge on D&B Plant building in Singapore.
- Good technical knowledge and experience in
- Preparing Methodology and work sequence for both Architectural and structural works.
- Preparing Interfacing detailing and Coordinate shop drawing for both Architectural and structural works.
- Comment and certifying shop drawings from subcontract works.
- Comment and certifying As-built drawings from subcontract works.
- To chair and managing the regular subcontract design consultation meetings (Architects/Structure/M&E/Landscape architect/lighting consultant/security by design etc)
- Good Contractual awareness in identifying and raising design variation works to contract department for EOT and variation claim.
- Evaluates and assess subcontractor’s technical design variation proposal.
