Job Description
An interior design firm in Chicago is looking for a Design Operations Associate! This is a part-time position, requiring 24-hours each week. The schedule will be 6-hours each day, Monday through Thursday (in-office).
Responsibilities
+ Answer and screen all calls
+ Greet clients and guests
+ Manage daily office calendar
+ Assist with preparation for meetings - set up conference rooms including presentation materials, catering, technology
+ Review and process incoming mail/deliveries/materials and distribute to correct recipients
+ Order, stock and track all office supplies
+ Input and categorize all operations expenses in QuickBooks, maintaining all required documentation, receipts, dates of service, and proof of service completion
+ Partnership with Financial Administrator on monthly closeout and financial audits
+ General office tasks as needed from staff
