This highly successful national contractor enjoys long term relationships and a strong pipeline of negotiated design-build projects resulting in the creation of a new role to lead the front end of projects through development of design, methodology, programme, and cost whilst fostering strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders to set up projects efficiently before site teams take over.
