Your Role
Gensler Shanghai is seeking Junior Designers with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience. We are looking for someone who thinks critically, approaches work with tenacity and consistency, and can develop work in a group or independently. You will, collaborate with project leaders and develop materials for project delivery and client presentations.
What You Will Do
Work with Project Leadership and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development and production
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and assist in construction drawings
Assist, team communication and consultant coordination
Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
