Job Summary
Main Objectives and Duties:
1. Helps drive company values and philosophy
Ensures that curriculum is created within company process and expectations, including but not limited to experiential learning, adult learning principles etc. Provide consultation and project management in curriculum and instructional design integrating learning technologies in-class, hybrid and fully online courses and programs Propose course designs Assist trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) with assessment of instructional outcomes; analyzing standards, goals of curriculum; and identifying and implementing high-level learning strategies to meet these goals Support trainers, subject matter experts (SME) and leaders in the integration of social media tools, graphics and emerging learning technologies to facilitate training practices and participant learning experiences Adherence to c...
