Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop seasonal women’s sneaker collections aligned with brand direction and market trends
- Create sneaker concepts, colourways and product details from concept to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery
- Stay current on sneaker trends, materials and construction techniques to enhance product quality
- Apply technical knowledge of sneaker design and construction to drive design decisions and optimize product performance
- Evaluate seasonal collection performance and consumer insights to inform future collections
- Manage design timelines and conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Support other creative and design-related projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Established experience with proven track record portfolio as a designer specialized in sneaker design
