Key Responsibilities to include:
- Knowledge of and experience in the conceptual design and design development of complex mixed‑use commercial buildings and urban precincts
- Producing world‑class conceptual designs and further developing complex mixed‑use commercial buildings and precincts to a detailed technical level
- Attending design meetings with clients and consultants
- Producing high‑quality concepts and sketch illustrations depicting client brief accurately
- Assisting with graphic‑design work for presentation purposes (Adobe Suite/Affinity Suite)
- Assisting with the 3D visualisation of project proposals (Enscape/hand sketches/Lumion/other software)
