Desk Support Engineer – Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory

Up to £225 per day (Inside IR35)London (on-site)3 months initially (part-time/ 3 days a week)A client of mine is currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to support their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week on-site in London). This opportunity would suit someone who has worked within smaller organisations and enjoys a hands-on, varied support role across both office-based and remote users.
Key Requirements:

Strong background in Microsoft 365 / O365 administration

Solid knowledge of Active Directory and User Lifecycle Management

Confident across Windows 11 and macOS user support

Hands-on with 1st to 2nd line support for endpoints and users

Familiar with basic Networking and Security troubleshooting

Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including Device Management and Policy Configuration

Proven track record supporting remote and distributed teams

Exposure to SME / smaller business environments
