Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support to join their team onsite in San Francisco, CA and provide end-user support.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  Maintain, update, and analyze customer data, order trackers, and operational metrics using MS Excel

  Process customer orders, returns, and billing issues within internal systems and spreadsheets

  Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and chat, providing professional support
