This role focuses on supporting end user devices, Zebra printers, VIP escalations, network troubleshooting, and PC logistics. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer focused, and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Zebra printers, including firmware updates and connectivity issues.
Respond promptly to VIP support requests, ensuring high quality service and minimal downtime.
