Job Description

Join a leading Tel Provider as a Desktop Installation Technician (Level 1).
Job Overview:
  • Location: Leeds
  • Contract: ASAP – 31st March’27
  • Pay Rates:
  • Umbrella Rate: £ (via a Hays approved umbrellapany).
  • PAYE Basic Rate: £
  • Working days: Monday – Thursday.
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution.
  • Installation Technicians will typically unbox and install the kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables ( power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests. Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
  • Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.
