The successful candidate will provide desktop and user support, install and maintain computer systems, and troubleshoot issues across the business. Applicants should possess Matric (Grade 12), a relevant IT qualification, and have at least 3 years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking is essential for success in this role.
