Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer – EUS for their Jacksonville, FL location. Responsibilities:
+ A senior IT Delivery Lead to support Technology Services for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Labs (MLL). The resource will deliver infrastructure, application, and platform Build and Run services in alignment with client standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
+ Execute day-to-day IT service delivery supporting manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory operations.
+ Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release activities per client ITSM processes.
+ Monitor service health, manage and escalate major incident response.
+ Serve as the IT delivery point of contact for site technical services.
+ Provide service status reporting and escalate delivery risks with IT Site Leader and Leadership.
