Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

City/Location : Bedford Massachusetts

Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8 AM – 5 PM w/ 1hr Lunch Break



As an Desktop Support Specialist you will:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues onsite
  • Ensure support tickets are resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements and customer policy / procedures
  • Configure hardware / software to customer specifications
  • Create support documents as required.
  • Deliver support for reported problems with desktop computers, laptops, peripherals.
  • Install and configure desktop computer hardware, software and peripherals using standard procedures.
