We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to serve as the primary IT resource across five clinic locations in the Tallahassee and Pensacola regions. This is a highly visible, independent role where you will be the go-to person for clinical and administrative staff when technology issues arise. Given the healthcare environment, your ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally is critical.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Providing on-site deskside support to physicians, nurses, and clinical staff across five regional clinic locations
+ Handling escalated tickets from the Tier 1 help desk — hardware troubleshooting, software support, new hire setups, and equipment installs
+ Working in network closets — understanding patch and panel layouts, coordinating with network teams
+ Monitoring ticket trends by clinic and partnering with the corporate IT team to implement solutions
+ Supporting imaging, deployments, term...
