We are seeking a Desktop Technician to join our IT support team. This role is responsible for the imaging, deployment, and support of desktop and laptop systems across a large, distributed enterprise environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reliable technology operations for 300+ travel centers and over 5,000 devices nationwide. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
+ Build, image, stage, and deploy desktops and laptops (Windows 10/11 environments)
+ Configure and ship devices (PCs, printers, and peripherals) to field locations across the U.S.
+ Provide Tier II/III support for end-user hardware, software, and system issues
+ Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows OS, Office 365, and business applications
+ Manage device lifecycle: implementation, upgrades, break/fix, and replacements
