About the Role:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our IT Team in Mallow, Co. Cork. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a stable IT environment while delivering highquality support while maintaining a positive and professional candidate journey at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, encrypting, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and email issues
- Providing firstline and secondline technical support to users
- Managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
