Primary Responsibilities:
1. Providing IT Support over the phone, through e-mail, chat, in person, or via remote control. 2. Experience with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365, ServiceNow, BitLocker and McAfee encryption. 3. Responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through service management software; ServiceNow
4. Providing support to traditional workstations, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals,
5. Responsible to ensure completion of all assigned work and proper communications with clients meeting service level agreements, customer satisfaction, and service demands
