Desktop Support
This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be on site in Las Vegas.
You will get to:
• Provide technical assistance and support computer systems, software, and hardware
• IMACs: installs, moves, adds and changes
• Monitor desktop and network equipment inventory
• Handle preventive maintenance on hardware
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and mobile phones
• White-glove service for senior executive support
• Help with relocation and other facility
• Train users on new systems and applications as needed
THE WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• 6+ months in large, preferably enterprise environment
