Daily control of orders for despatch. Supervision of function and staff, loading and receiving of stock, housekeeping and stock rotation procedures.

- Stock management (transfers and GRVs)
- Documents printed
- Staff supervised
- Coordinate and plan loads
- Reconciliations
- Reports
- Truck departures on time
- Resolve customer complaints
