KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist (US) to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a task-oriented mindset. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a collaborative attitude to ensure seamless bookkeeping and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.
- Use Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization) to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
- Process, finalize, and manage payroll data entry in ADP or Paycor.
- Reconcile and remit workers’ compensation premium payments on a monthly basis.
