Capital SMART is one of Australia's leading accident repair companies, with 60+ sites across Australia and New Zealand. We're looking for an experienced Detailer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
You'll be the final set of eyes on every vehicle before it goes back to the customer — responsible for finish quality, cleanliness, and making sure the repair meets our standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Quality checking vehicles on receipt to confirm all prior work is complete
- Washing and cleaning vehicle exteriors
- Buffing, de-nibbing, and polishing paintwork to the required finish
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Completing accurate records of work done
What we're looking for:
- Previous detailing experience in a panel shop or collision repair environment
- Solid knowledge of buffing, polishing, and de-nibbing techniques...
