**Introduction**
The Development Lead (Learning Strategist) is a key leadership role within the IBM Consulting Global Learning & Knowledge (L&K) organization. Development Leads may be aligned to a Partner and Professional Development (PPD) or a Service Line Portfolio.
The Learning Strategist's role grows strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders and their teams to be a credible, trusted, and accountable advisor to develop and implement Learning Strategies aligned to the broader IBM Consulting Learning Strategy. The Development Lead works with the Lead Learning Strategist to develop a learning strategy for the portfolio, effectively addressing and closing skill gaps to support business priorities. The individual will interact with both global and geo senior stakeholders at both the business and learning levels.
